Walter Keenan joined The Cypress Group in January 2006 and is now an advisor, primarily for the investment in Medicus Insurance Holdings, Inc. Prior to joining Cypress, Mr. Keenan was a managing director of Perseus Group, focusing on private equity investments in financial institutions and business services companies. From 1989 to 2003, Mr. Keenan was an investment banker with Morgan Stanley, where over the course of his career he worked in investment banking, fixed income, and capital markets product areas, with an industry specialization in financial services. Mr. Keenan received a BA with honors from Southern Methodist University in 1989.
