Terence Culmone joined the Cypress Group in 2008. Prior to joining the firm, he worked as an investment-banking analyst in the Leveraged Finance and Global Industrials Group at Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc., where he focused on high-yield financing transactions and financial-sponsor acquisitions. Mr. Culmone graduated from Bucknell University with a bachelor of arts in economics.
