Michael Cohen joined The Cypress Group in 2009. Prior to joining the firm, he worked as an investment-banking analyst and associate at Waller Capital Partners, a boutique investment bank focused on the telecom and media sector. During his tenure, Mr. Cohen's responsibilities included financial, operational, and valuation analysis and the execution of M&A and capital-raising transactions. Mr. Cohen graduated from Goizueta Business School at Emory University with a BBA in Finance.
