Gerry Willinger joined The Cypress Group in April 2003. Most recently, he was a vice president at MidOcean Partners, the former private-equity arm of Deutsche Bank. Previously, Mr. Willinger was an associate in Investment Banking at Goldman, Sachs & Co. Prior to receiving his MBA from the Wharton School of Business in 1998, Mr. Willinger was a general manager for Ambac International, a manufacturer of fuel-injection systems and components, and a founder of Synergy Health. Mr. Willinger has completed transactions in the manufacturing, healthcare, financial services, and business services industries. He is currently a director of AMTROL and of Cooper-Standard Automotive Inc. Mr. Willinger received a BS from Cornell University.
